Sun Lin has been devoted to research and study of Employment and Labor Law; from this she has been able to provide her legal expertise and services in this area for more than a decade. She serves many well-known domestic and overseas companies as their outside Legal counsel. She is excellent in resolving complicated issues in HR management, establishing HR management systems and in achieving compliance. She is also an expert in the following areas: risk management, employee replacement plans, the processes of acquisition and restructure, employee-settlement plan design, and execution of mass redundancy. She has a wealth of experience in representing the clients in litigation, and in the resolution of labor disputes.

Sun Lin is a member of Employment Relationship Research Committee of Shanghai Bar and a member of Labor Law Research Committee of Shanghai Law Society. She is consistently regarded as an expert in the field and continuously awarded the rank of a “Recognized Lawyer” in the field of employment law in 2016 and 2017.
Advised multiple International and Chinese businesses and enterprises on their daily consultation on labor law. Providing comprehensive feasible legal opinions from the aspects of risk prevention, business operation and HR management, which were appraised by the clients;
Successfully represented multiple international and Chinese enterprises in labor dispute cases, achieving satisfactory results for her clients: e.g. representing a Fortune 500 company in a collective labor dispute case which arose out of the asset divestiture; representing a US company in a labor dispute case arose out of the stock option plan; and representing a Japanese company in group labor dispute cases arose out of conflicts of interests discovered in compliance investigation;
Advised on multiple group dispute cases that arose out of employee strikes, and employees settlement projects in the process of liquidation. She has advised on M&A cases, relocation and redundancy as the leading attorney, Sun Lin has extensive expertise in all the elements of cases and settlement; from making the decision, designing the plan, executing the plan to representing her clients in dispute resolution;
