Mr. Yang is a senior lawyer practicing in the labor law area with a good command of the laws and regulations on labor relationships and corporate HR management. He has extensive experience in labor relationships, C&B, social insurance, labor dispatch, etc. which enable him to provide professional and comprehensive services to clients. In particular, he suggests clients to take appropriate measures in handling special categories of employees, such as the employees with work-related injuries, and female employees in their pregnancy, nursing and breastfeeding period. As a litigation lawyer, he has handled varied cases in this field and developed his own distinct and successful ways of handling the cases of work-related injuries and female employees.
Before joining River Delta Law Firm, Mr. Yang worked for the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and was involved in the study and formulation of Shanghai regulations and policies on work-related injury and maternity insurance for a long period. He was in charge of the management issues pertaining to work-related injury and maternity insurance for the municipality of Shanghai.

Acting for a world-renowned bank in a project modifying its employee manual;
Represented a US company in the negotiations with an employee with occupational injury for the identification of the injury, entitlement to compensation, and other issues in dispute, and the issues relevant to the termination of the employment relationship were settled smoothly;
Represented an MNC in a series of disputes with its former employee regarding training fees and service agreement, and achieved to recover the liquidated damages and thus safeguard the Company’s interests and facilitate its follow-up management.
