General Information

Aimee Huang have strong theoretical foundation in labor and personnel related fields such as labor law, labor relations, social security, human resource management, who has been committed to labor and personnel legal services for many years and is able to provide customers with services in English.

With extensive litigation experience in labor disputes and represented in labor dispute lawsuits for a great many of well-known large companies, among which the largest number of people involved is 71, Aimee Huang is familiar with local regulations and law enforcement environment in Shenzhen and surrounding areas.

By participating in a large number of customized non-litigation legal services, including relocation, factories shut-down, overseas employment, human resource compliance audits, etc., Aimee Huang  has accumulated a wealth of experience in project services. Additionally, Aimee Huang has provided daily counsel services to a number of customers and can skillfully handle daily consultation and legal document formation or review for customers.
