Bai Lijuan undertakes theoretical research into labor and social security issues and has accumulated extensive practical experience. She is familiar with all kinds of laws and regulations in the State level and in Shanghai. She has provided legal services in both litigation and non-litigation cases which have great impact on the society and brought up with workable proposals. She has participated in employee replacement, strike and negotiation in the process of company bankruptcy and restructure, dissolution and relocation.
