Mr. Shen is proficient in labor relations and human resource management laws and practices. He has rich experience in resolving labor disputes and representing labor arbitration and litigation cases. Mr. Shen once represented a client company in 96 labor arbitration and litigation cases initiated by its former employees who were dismissed due to strike. He helped the client win all cases in arbitration and litigation. Mr. Shen has also participated in many large-scale employee relocation projects and has provided systematic solutions for enterprises’ strategic adjustment and employee relocation. Mr. Shen has assisted many clients in employee misconduct investigation. He once helped a client company on its internal and external investigation of a wrong-doing sales manager and advised the company on the discipline of that employees. Mr. Shen is also good at dealing with emergencies, and he once provided on-site negotiation for a client company with its office troublemaker.
Mr. Shen has extensive experience in labor and employment law training.
