Ms. Cao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law. Following her graduation, Ms. Cao joined in River Delta Law Firm, where she works extensively on labor-related legal issues. She regularly and competently assists clients to optimize daily HR management and settle individual and collective labor disputes solely or by teamwork, gaining solid experiences and a rigorous attitude towards labor law legal services.

Interpreting newly-issued laws and regulations regarding Human Resources management and providing pertinent advice on optimization and improvement to the clients.
